According to Daily Star, Arsenal have just rejected a 20 million pounds offer from West Ham, aimed to get English international winger/forward Theo Walcott (28) signed. "The results that we obtained were completely different from the statements that we received from the Portuguese medical team. It was so clear that he would need to have surgery."
